Cow is our mother. It is a most important domestic animal. It gives us a very healthy and nutritious food called milk. It is a pet animal and many people keep her in their houses for many purposes. It is not a wild animal and found in many parts of the world. Everyone gives respect to the cow like a mother. Cow is worshiped in India as a goddess from the ancient time. People in India brings her at home as a dhan Lakshmi. Cow is considered as the holiest animal among all the animals. It is found in many varieties differentiating in the shape, size, colour, etc.
Holi is the most famous festival of colours. It is celebrated every year in the month of Falgun (March) by the people of Hindu religion. It is celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm as it brings feeling of love and closeness among people. Colourful colours are spread out by the people over each other. At this day we meet each other, handshake, hug and apply abeer on the forehead to each other. We sing religious songs (or Fagua geet) with musical instruments like Dholak, Kirtal, etc. At this special day we eat special things like gujhiya, sweets, chips, papad, halwa, pani puri, dahi bade, etc. A day before the colourful holi, Holika Dahan takes place.
As we all know that our teachers play a great and most important role in our lives. They helps us to improve our knowledge, skill level, confidence as well as they shape us in the right shape to get success. So, we too have some responsibilities towards our loyal teachers. We all as an obedient student need to do a heartily welcome and say them wishful thanks for their selfless service of teachings all through the life as well as shaping the life of various students. Teacher’s day (which is celebrated once a year on 5th of September) is the great chance to us to spend a day for them and say thanks.
Our country, India celebrates the Republic Day every year to honour the date when Constitution of India came into force. The Constitution of India replaced the Government of India Act 1935 as a governing document of India on the special date called 26 January in 1950. It has been declared as the national holiday by the Government of India. People in India enjoy this great day by celebrating in their own way. At this day a parade takes place in the national capital of India, New Delhi at the Rajpath (in front of the India Gate) in the presence of President of India.
